Meeting time is 9:45 am with a 10:00 am departure.
Please try car-pooling - most bike racks can hold at least two bikes.
About this event
Ride of approximately 15 miles. Departs the Visitor Center North lot and travels north through Pacific Beach, through Crown Point along Mission Bay to Princess Resort and Quivera Basin.
The route is primarily flat with a bridge crossing over Mission Bay on paved surfaces; primarily on bicycle paths, with few exceptions.
We start and finish at the parking lot so that new bikers can join us and ride only as far as they wish. (But please inform leader of your plans if you turn around early.)
The ride includes a mid-point refreshment stop, usually at Olive's in Pacific Beach. Optional Lunch in the area after the ride.
Bring water and snacks, if desired, for refreshment stops.
